Online Booking Page:

For your convenience we have an online booking system so that you can book in at any time and from anywhere - even from a smartphone. The system will automatically email you if you're unlucky with the weather and the flying is cancelled for the day you're booked in. Before registering however; you will need to pay for your place.

Once your registration is approved, credit will be added to your account so that you can book in. Please allow up to forty eight hours and remember that this won't happen until we have received those forms.

You will be given credit as it's required; Tandem, Taster Day, EP, CP, PM, Club so that you can only book in for the correct group. Once the Taster Day is completed, you will gain EP credit (once it's paid for), then CP credit etc.

Important - Read This Before Registering:

Do Not register here until you have paid and completed our booking process (filled in both our Booking Form and Fitness Declaration) - for your convenience, this can all be done online. You will need the reference number we give you on receipt of your payment to do this. Note - Any registration made without a valid booking reference will be automatically deleted by the system.

Two People Or More: If you have purchased a Tandem or Taster Day for two people or more; each person must have their own login (you can still book it, but you'll need their login details to do so). You cannot book two people in from one account.

Booking For Someone Else: If you're registering so that you can book for someone else, make sure you use their name and not yours. Only accounts in the name of known students using the correct reference number will be activated. You CANNOT use the same email address for different accounts.

Expired Credit: You must use your credit within its six month validity period. If you fail to do this, the booking system will automatically stop you from being able to book in. Only in the circumstances outlined in our Terms & Conditions will an extension be granted. You will not be entitled to a refund if you allow your credit to expire (extensions will not expire providing you book in four times a month or more during the extension period).
