Orders
Goods are normally dispatched the same day or on the next working day (working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays). If we are unable to send out your order for any reason we will contact you by email as soon as possible.
For orders to be sent outside of the UK, we will inform you of the shipping costs by email when we process your order. You will need to reply to this email and confirm that the shipping cost is acceptable before we will send your goods. Once your payment has been cleared by our bank, your order will be despatched.
Out of stock items
If any item is temporarily out of stock, we will email you to let you know the expected delivery date. If this is unacceptable, you will be entitled to a full refund of any monies paid.
Delivery
We use 1st Class Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a Courier company . Please note: Most deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Normally, delivery is 1-3 working days, but may take longer at peak times as we are totally dependent on the Post Office and couriers. This means that you if you order on Monday you would normally receive it by Wednesday, Friday at the latest. If we are unable to deliver or the delivery will be delayed by us for any reason, we will notify you by email or telephone as soon as possible.
Non-Delivery
Any query regarding
non-delivery must be notified to us as soon as possible so that we can make enquiries with our couriers. As a guide if you have not received your order within 3-4 days then please contact us.
Returns
If a product was supplied in error, is incomplete or faulty, please telephone the office on 01672 861380 as soon as possible (do not rely on email). If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it and obtain a refund (excluding the cost of delivery), providing you telephone us within seven working days. Any products returned for refund, must still be new, unused, unmarked and in the original packaging. Any delivery charges paid by us will be deducted from the refund payment. You must call us for a returns number before returning any item as this will enable us to process your return as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy
The ParAvion refund policy complies with the EU Distance Selling Directive (2000) and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection Regulations (2000) that relate to distance selling. The law came into force in the year 2000 and applies to all UK based transactions where the consumer doesn’t meet the vendor.
Consumer Rights
In accordance with the above law, you have a seven day ‘cooling off’ period during which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund. You don’t need to give a reason to cancel your purchase. If you do decide to cancel, we will refund your payment within thirty days of your cancellation.
Refund Conditions
ParAvion reserves the right to charge a handling fee (20% of the original fee).

Refunds Following Cancellation
If you cancel your purchase within the seven day cooling off period, we will refund your payment. If you paid by credit or debit card from our website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within thirty days of your cancellation. If you paid by any other means then your refund will be made by cheque, this will be posted to you within thirty days of your cancellation.
