Justin McLoughlin - Manager Justin is our Manager. He takes care of everything, but most importantly he keeps Trevor on his toes. Justin used to help Trevor run his Karate schools, so his management skills aren't to be argued with. Previously, he ran a hospital department for ten years, but

Lee Bligh – Instructor Lee has been flying since 1987. He is an ex glider pilot who
changed to flying paragliders for Ex RAF (20 years +), he was the RAF and Services’ Paragliding Champion and their team captain. Lee is a full-time Instructor with ParAvion. He also helps
Trevor with kit inspections and parachute re-packs Lee also has a PPL and flies light aircraft. |

Phillip Gregory -
Trainee Instructor
Phillip used to run his own computer software company. He started flying microlights back in '88, and paragliders in 2000. Phillip also has a PPL and flies light aircraft. Phillip is an ex-ParAvion student too. |
